By downloading or using IronAI Fitness, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

IronAI Fitness provides fitness and educational information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or supplement program. You assume all risk associated with training.

You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple. You may cancel at any time from your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

Do not misuse IronAI Fitness, attempt to reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, or use the app to harass others.

IronAI Fitness and all related branding, software, and content are owned by Iron AI. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal training purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronAI Fitness is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
