Common Questions
How does the AI workout generator work?+
IronAI Fitness builds workouts based on your available equipment, goals, and training style. It supports hypertrophy, strength, push/pull/legs, bro splits, tempo training, and recovery-based programming.
Can I change my workout plan?+
Yes. You can regenerate workouts anytime or swap exercises manually.
Why is my workout not loading?+
Restart the app first. If that doesn't work, check your internet connection and make sure you are on the latest version.
Does the app track progress?+
Yes. You can log sets, reps, and track your progress over time.
Does it connect to Apple Health or Google Fit?+
If enabled, you can sync data in Settings under Health Integration.
