• Workout history — sessions, exercises, sets, reps, and progress logged in the app.
• Equipment photos — images you submit for equipment detection.
• Supplement scans — photos of labels you upload for analysis.
• Progress tracking — bodyweight, measurements, and milestones you enter.
• Apple Health integration — only the metrics you authorize, when enabled.
• Google Health integration — only the metrics you authorize, when enabled.
• Analytics — aggregated usage data used to improve the app.
• Crash reporting — diagnostic data sent when the app crashes.
• Cookies — used on this website only, for basic site functionality and analytics.

• Encryption — data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Third-party providers — we work with vetted infrastructure, analytics, and crash-reporting providers under contract to protect your data.
• Access controls — only authorized personnel can access systems holding user data.

• Delete your account — open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• Delete personal data — request deletion of specific data by emailing support@ironai.app.
• Export your data — contact us for a copy of the data tied to your account.
• Disable integrations — turn off Apple Health or Google Health from the app at any time.

IronAI Fitness is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as IronAI Fitness evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
